Mary E. Smith is an artist selling original artwork, prints, and print-on-demand merchandise both online and in person.

NOTE: No Washington state law requires sellers to accept items for refund, exchange or credit unless merchandise is defective or misrepresented.

Return & Refund Policy
I take great pride in my artwork and related merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Original Artwork
In-Person Purchases:
Original artwork purchased in person is final sale. Please inspect the piece carefully at the time of purchase.

Online Purchases:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the artwork arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at mary@marysmithart.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the artwork was damaged during transit.

Prints & Giclées
Returns:
Prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email mary@marysmithart.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
Exchanges:
Exchanges may be available for prints if the wrong size or image was sent. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Print-on-demand items (such as mugs, clothing, or calendars) are custom-made and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, please email mary@marysmithart.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our print-on-demand partner to resolve the issue promptly.

General Terms
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
