Such an elegant bird, the grebe. I used to love pouring over the latest issue of National Wildlife magazine (in print) that my wise great-grandmother gave as a Christmas present to us four pre-teen siblings. I found that drawing the wildlife in pencil first to be a calming activity after running wild on our 10-acres climbing trees, fishing and eating fresh veggies from Mom's garden.
